Bought my Mountain Jacket in Germany Webshop. I love this jacket. After a year a zipper broke and I wanted to get that jacket repaired. I sent it in via UPS after NF request. After 3 weeks they sent me the jacket back without anything repaired.I would have paid for a repair!On the other hand I get emails and newsletters from NF about their new fairtrade and sustainable products. I will buy my next Jacket from Patagonia, because they repair erverything. That is sustainable.

Unreal!!I’m placing an order online for a jacket for my husband…I entered my shipping address and I get all the green check marks as everything is good to go…But it just doesn’t let me go through with the order?!!? Wasting my time, it’s not like I’m getting a deal ordering online!!I get the guy on the Live Chat… He asked me my address… what I’m trying to order that maybe the items aren’t in stock even though the site says they are?!!? I gave him all that info… He checks, the items ARE in stock just like the site said…Still doesn’t let me order, I’m pissed, I’m wasting my time… Why would I give them my money now??The guy tells me to try to enter a different address with a B instead of a 3, stupid enough it works!!I tried to change it back once I was through but it didn’t, so the guy had to change it manually after my order was placed and paid for??What’s the point of the online ordering if someone has to do the work at the other end??I am not impressed, thanks to the guy on the Live Chat he got me to place the order and not go shopping elsewhere…This order better arrive in time and correct!!
