I visited this store on 4/26, around 6-7pm. The customer service was awful, no where close to North Face’s quality. I’d rather shop at REI for North Face vs going to this location. When I got to check out the item, the cashier was cold and rude. He asked for my personal information. I asked what was that for and he said it could give me 10% off. I took that but I wasn’t aware of the loyalty program running or whatsoever until I did my own research online.If the company wants to execute such loyalty program, they need first train their sale associates what it is and tell them to explain it to the customers! Totally disappointed! I don’t recommend this store at all!

The north face at the galleria in Houston tx is inappropriate and rude. David and the other manager made false accusations and declined my return that had the original tags attached along with the original receipt. They discriminated against me because of my gender and raised their voice at me. David is such a horrible store manager and he needs communication skills. All of them should learn manners and to respect their customers.

Went there shopinng. Employees are rude little millieumals with a rude attitude. Almost brought one till I found out, they rejected a order from a oil company. Irony considering they use Chinese companies who pollute with impunity with oil products. Typical self righteous progressive hypocrites. Don’t buy their Chinese products!!!!!!!!
