Am I allowed to rate a place 10 stars?!?I moved in July 2020 and I feel as though I couldn’t have made a better decision. While I will say that rent is quite high, I will add that it is 100% worth it! At The Monterey, you truly get what you pay for. Lorraine is absolutely AMAZING! She has years of experience and is dedicated to making sure her tenants are satisfied. Everyone in the office is super friendly and welcoming and they LOVE pets! They even provide yoga classes! Although they are still in the development process, I anticipate it will be everything I have pictured when it’s complete.I love it so much here, I’m thinking about upgrading to a 2-bedroom! Thank you to the lovely staff AND friendly neighbors here at The Monterey!

As some others have said we also move every year and the experience has been great. Especially since everyone in the office is aware of what’s going on and capable of answering the questions needed. In the past with other complexes we’ve lived there’s nothing worse than the only person that knows what’s going on is on vacation or sick.From Rachel and Susan and others have handled what we needed when we needed with no delay. We’re Looking forward to an awesome future here.

I was driving by the area and came across these new apartments. I scheduled a tour and i was greeted by Rachel. She was super nice and she did answer all of our questions/concerns. She did give us a full tour, and went over how the application process works as well. She definitely went above and beyond. I will be putting in an application, and Rachel deserves a raise! Great Customer Service.
