Sad that I will not be returning to The Loft again. I have shopped there frequently and especially like purchasing Fresh Batch cookies for gifts. They have a sign on their door stating masks are mandatory and their cashier was not wearing one. That’s why Wichita Falls is in the state we are in.

First time to visit this place and was amazed at the unique selection of gift items. Practically everything in the store can be monogrammed. Plus, there’s bare wood letters that can be painted. They have jewelry, purses, bags (cutest flamingo, watermelon, cactus and pineapples), clothing for women and children, granite-type of uniquely shaped cutting boards including Texas and Oklahoma, etc. They also have classes every month. Very cool place I will be visiting again if ever in WF.

Cute clothes and accessories, affordable, customer service from the associate with short blond bob hairstyle wasn’t exceptional but that’s to be expected. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
