we drove all the way to Austin to visit this store and they weren’t open during advertised operating hours, we even waited an hour or so while walking around the mall to check if it was just a lunch break and it stayed closed the whole time.I can understand extenuating circumstances but it wasn’t obvious for what reason it was closed and there was no posted signage or online information.This was very disheartening.
