All the people who work here have the worst attitude, they must hate their life.

My husband then told her he’d changed his mind and no longer wanted it.

HORRIBLE customer service was experienced on Sunday 3.7.2021 around 1:30pm. Walked in with my husband & we were not welcomed by the associate nor were we asked if assistance was needed while we browsed around. The associate was on her phone by the cash wrap the entire time & caught an attitude when we proceeded to check out. I kindly stopped the transaction due to the trash service & snarky attitude & left the store. Not even deserving of a 1 star. Please teach your employees that people of color also deserve to be attended to.

You would think being in the business of “Customer Service” one would expect just that. No, instead at this location you get weird glares and no help whatsoever from the workers. I stopped in with my husband (who as well left a review) to get a few things from this new collection (we get emails and we’re excited about the new product) seeing as how we didn’t receive any type of greeting or welcome upon entering the store we decided to solely purchase a gift for a friend. While beginning to check out the sales girl looks at us & goes “that’s it” as if an overpriced $125 wallet wasn’t enough. My husband then told her he’d changed his mind and no longer wanted it. Maybe the kooples might want to look into some diversity training and coaching on what it means to be inclusive and show that customers are important- I mean it’s not like that’s what’s keeping the brick & mortar stores open right? Smh. Definitely won’t be returning.

Kelly is the Karen of the kooples. All the people who work here have the worst attitude, they must hate their life. I can only assume it’s because they can’t actually afford the clothes if they were to pay full price. love the clothes though
