I left my reservation number at home and they said they had no way to look it up! What was the point of taking my name and order and giving me a number if they weren’t recording it in the store? Also, before I went to pick it up I called to ask if there was a line and she said no. When I got there the line was almost around the building. Very poor business management! I took my business elsewhere. Hoping everyone has a Blessed Christmas despite the minor hangups this year brings.

Ordering online & Curbside pickup are amazing. The Honeybaked hams are delicious. My only complaint is the COST. Especially during a pandemic.
