We have had Honey Baked Hams for the last 15 years and they have been great a 5 Star. This year our $80 ham was dry no honey or sauce on the ham? It was baked and someone forgot to add the honey. Friends who joined us said the same thing happened to them at Xmas. They ordered 4 to take to Idaho because their family cannot get them. Total waste of money. The family asked why do you think they are so good? So disappointed! I called and was told the manager would call. No call. My friend said good luck she called 3 times the manager would not call back. So done with Concord Honey Baked Hams
