Tried to order several items that were not in stock at the store to have them shipped to my house. The items couldn’t be shipped to my house so I was forced to go back through the ordering process to have them shipped to the store. Then they arrived at the store piece by piece and there’s a limited window on pick-ups so I had to make multiple trips to the store. The worst part was that using the email prompt for the curbside pick-up apparently doesn’t work so I was stuck waiting 20 minutes before I tried to call and then an additional few minutes before the items were brought to me. Worst shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. I will never buy online then pickup at the store again.

Uh… It’s Home Depot, what do you expect? You take the heart, experience and dedication out of the hardware store and this is what you get. It’s a massive chain store. Often, it has what you need. Sometimes it doesn’t. Most of the staff have no idea what most of it’s for anyway… But hopefully they know what isle it’s on.
