If it wasn’t for their low prices and strange ability to sometimes get obscure items shipped to the store from online for free (like a couch) I’d give them less stars. It’s a rare occurrence to even find someone to help you in the store and then even more rare that they can actually answer your questions or bother finding an answer. That combined with the nightmare you have to go thru to remedy mistakes they made like damaged or missing items is enough to never go back. However I still appreciate the affordability they offer in many things and how its possible for me to put my hands on materials before choosing them. Though seams they rarely change their displays so don’t expect anything new.

I was shopping for a dryer on a budget and was tipped off by a friend that Home Depot had some great sales. The first employee I encountered near the clearance area was from the garden center but she was extremely nice and helped introduce us to a gentleman from the appliance department who got us setup with all the accessories we’ll need, and even set us up with home delivery. It’s nice to shop somewhere that you’ll get the same friendly service no matter how much or how little you’re spending.
