Always a good time. Never come home empty handed or bored. Keeps my imagination active. My only wish is that I would one day bring my list of things I need (the first time)so I doyhave to make two trips each time….

I wanted an 8-foot lengths of 5/8 inch aluminum tubing for a metal project, got stuck with half inch copper plumbing. I remember when Hope Depot had what I needed, slightly more selection than lumberjack so we in Sacramento destroyed lumberjack by shifting to Home Depot and now we’ve got far worse selection then was available in the 1980s from a local store. Very disappointing that Home Depot destroyed a good local business and then stopped carrying the things people need. Now the only way to get what I need is Amazon. And soon Home Depot will probably fail. Lowe’s is slightly better, and most of the Ace Hardware’s are getting worse. Also many of the Ace Hardware stores are shutting down. Big box stores did not make things better.
