I found things easily but had a question about some items I was purchasing. I had to walk the full length of the store to find an employee. 3 employees were talking so I stopped to ask about my purchase and none of them knew the answer. They honestly did not act like they wanted to check it out for me. One employee went to get a cart for me as I had my arms full. That was nice.I wasn’t impressed with their customer service skills however I did get what I went in the store to get.

Home Depot lacks customer service as well as items to purchase. Their shelves were bare of garden tools. Went to a local competitor and it was night and day difference. They are definitely not my first choice to purchase from.
