There are some dedicated and excellent employees at this Home Depot, but unfortunately the experience at this store is poor overall. Some sections are beautifully organized while others, the items are not restocked from available inventory above during the evenings. By luck of draw, some employees will not help you to retrieve items from above. If you plan to use the pickup feature, you may wait a week or more for your order. Some employees are very friendly while others are brash. It is very difficult to extend tool reservations over the phone, and it unfortunately cannot be done online.If you have any complex, ongoing project, there are better options in the Bay Area that will save you time and money.

Today I shot video of how rude & inattentive & unknowledgeable are the Home Depot Tool Rental employees in Emeryville.I only did so because it’s so consistent now, after 4 times renting equipment for our business in the last 2 weeks… that sadly, I figured I need to show the supervisor there how bad it is.
