The service was excellent! I asked questions Of 2 different people because my husband was going to one department to buy And I was going another. Both people were so friendly! And when I checked out, Zoe saved me $45. She was the most pleasant Checkout person I have had in any store in probably years! She was gracious, she called me by my 1st name, she was helpful, and so sweet and said thank you to me! With such genuine inflection. I will be choosing Palmdale home depot before other DIY stores in this Valley. Congratulations to management. Oh! And the flowers and plants they had in the garden centre, they were beautiful and lush looking.

Awful customer service. Was asking where I can find item. They did check it on their phone and told me to search this area (couple rows of very small items). I spent 1,5hrs and I did not found it. After that I’m was waiting 30 minutes for guy who will cut my lumber . So i was in the shop for 2 hrs and did not find what I was looking for. I bought one piece of lumber in 2 hrs. One star is too much for this people who ‘work’ there. Waste of time.
