All I have to say is WOW, talk about exceptional customer service!!! I ordered a patio furniture set online and it was set up to be picked up in store. I arrived and unfortunately the packaging was too big to fit in the SUV. They said they’d hold it for 7 days and I headed home. I called customer service and asked if there was a way to switch it to shipping it to my house, they said unfortunately not, but they could transfer me to the store manager and they could override it and have it shipped. I called and spoke to the store manager, she was very nice, professional, and asked if she could look into it for me and would call me back. She called me back and I was floored by her response, she said they would deliver it! I am a store manager myself and this is absolutely going above and beyond. To the store manager of the Rosedale location and the team member that helped with delivery a huge THANK YOU!!! I have never experienced such amazing customer service, you truly did go above and beyond and helped my wife and I get our beautiful set!!!

Very clean inside. Didn’t interact with any of the employees so don’t have any comment on their customer service. Have lots of items in stock. Very spacious parking lot plenty of parking spaces. Their garden section is also well taken care of. Very happy with out stop.

We purchase a Refrigerator, the day of the pick up at the store, we went to customer services Dept. spoke to Rudy. He was not being helpful and the whole time he was giving us attitude. Very poor customer services. He told us our Refrigerator was sold. He didn’t look for our Refrigerator and refunded our money back. I went to look for another associate at the store she was very helpful and found our Refrigerator. Something Rudy could have done in the beginning if he had look for refrigerator. Very poor customer services. I give one star for poor customer services your employee gave us and how unfair he treated my family.
