The Oxnard Home Depot is really one of the most unhelpful box stores I’ve been to. The staff avoids customers, doesn’t know the products and when asking for assistance they point to a fellow employee who points to another one and literally 30 minutes go by and nobody seems available. There are 1 or 2 who I met who were helpful, but overall.. not!!! If you want something you better know how to find it or use it with Google…. not the staff

I don’t know what happened, all the employees used to be very useful, knowledgeable and polite, lately, I have been experiencing a not very welcoming environment, some employees treat customers like if we were asking for charity, and the good employees are not enough to compensate the bad ones.
