We were directed to use to the self check line although we were heading for a register. We were pushed towards open self check out, which we could have easily done ourselves, if that’s what we had wanted. We checked out but didn’t put our bag in the cart and walked out the door. What is the purpose of monitoring the area and cashier assistance if they let you leave 1/3 of your merchandise behind? The customer service was just not there this time.

Got good help and what I needed. Been going to multiple locations for years. They usually have what I need. You can get help, but you have to track someone down to get it. They’re not proactive.
