I went in to get Brown mulch from the store and they did not have any out in the display area. Fortunately Lena was working the register at the nursery area and was able to get me help. It took a bit to get a forklift out but she made sure to check in on the situation when I was waiting to assure me they were still working on it. This was great customer service on her part and made up for the wait.

The home depot always has better prices than @Lowe’s and the people attending is the best.

Came to return a small, unused item. Return was quick and straight forward (within return time listed on receipt). Purchased a handful of small items and associates where able to direct me to the proper aisles. The appliance associate presented me with a ‘parts department’ business card to locate new knobs for my stove. I didn’t expect to find the knobs in store but was surprised about the parts department having them available to ship.
