Do not come to this store . I was told I would have a quote and estimate for flooring about 5 days ago …measurements were done wrong . I was promised a price and immediate work over the phone once I’ve informed them I had someone that could do the job for a much cheaper price for labor and installation of luxury vinyl planks . Then come to show they forgot to include landing steps in the measurement for the stairs and now they are telling me they can’t do the job until at least 2 weeks . Wish I would of just hired the independent contractor who was willing to start work immediately. Sales rep Grace is nice but to be promised things and to not follow through is very disappointing. Now I have to find another contractor and pick out different floors since time is of the essence .

This is a great Home Depot do it yourself center if you have any diy projects. I drove from Corona to this Ontario store in order to get some blinds that they didn’t have in stock at my home store.The person was very efficient and quick at cutting my blinds and I left a happy camper.
