The customer service doesn’t leave much to be desired. Overheard another customer ask an employee for help, the employee was rather rude. My husband tried getting help from an employee in the garden section. Either she didn’t hear which led her to walk away really quick or she heard and didn’t want to help. We like Home Depot for the items they carry but their customer service is non-existent. Maybe these were isolated incidents today. We usually give businesses three tries so we will see.

Well, it’s Saturday, March 6, 2021…the sun is out and the parking lot is full. A lot of shoppers out purchasing supplies for their projects.The desired item I was hunting for was a bag of wild bird seed or cracked corn. After searching a few isle without any luck, I crossed paths with an Associate that was on a mission to somewhere so, I had to ask him a question if they had either of the items in stock as he kept moving.Before I left, since they didn’t have wild bird seed or cracked corn, I wanted to browse the plant section. Absolutely beautiful assorted plants, especially the succulents.
