Don’t waste your time putting in an online order at this location. Ordered one thing and wanted to be in and out. Didn’t happen. Waited for a few people to attend me while 5 people in the return line were helped. Next time I’ll order from East lubbock home depot so I can use the lockers. Quick and easy.

I usually have a good experience when I shop Home Depot. But today, there were so many pallets down the aisles, it was the most unpleasant shopping experience.Maybe big box stores would have more money for payroll if they actually had people scheduled to put out merchandise for customers to purchase and not in boxes.I was not happy.

The Depot is laid out well and has more variety. Today there was no greeter to ask where specifics items were. They are pushing for all self checkout like Walmart. That’s a mistake, especially for older people.
