I go there frequently and I never have issues but couple of months back i went into the refrigerators department to purchase a big one for about $1,300 and a small one for $230 and the guy in that department curly black hair was soooooo rude i would ask for suggestions and his opinion because to me other people’s opinions count …and his answer was we’ll you are going to buy it it’s up to you i can’t tell you anything i was so disappointed In the way he made me feel i just said, never mind sir I’ll come back some other day with someone else with better attitude..very extremely disappointed.he probably thought I wasn’t going to buy anything..☹️ then few days ago i kept my word and was there again and a very nice white guy took care of me gave me info on almost all of them and gave me suggestions he really took the time to show me around home Depot should hire more like him…

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot I walked in and wanted to get a gas grill someone said that she would call someone to help me at the department after 20 minutes wait I looked around for associate I asked the associate for help he looked annoyed and said I’m sorry that’s not my department go find somebody else so then I asked him well at least can you tell me if they put grills together and he said no we don’t do that bye and walked away. I looked and asked for a manager but found another associate that helped me to get a grill was very helpful but in the end I found that he had charged me twice for the propane gas. I feel that associates are either not trained in customer care or just don’t care very negative and awful experience.I did talk with management and felt better afterwards
