Overall Home Depot is terrible. Compared to Lowe’s and other stores they are the worst. They never speak to you, they never ask to help, you Have to nearly beg to get someone to help. I ordered Andersen windows in February. I was told 6 to 7 weeks. I called after nearly 8 weeks and was told it would be 8 more weeks. NO follow up, no care for customers etc. I elevated it to Management and that did not happen. They gave me my money back but that was it. My Construction project is behind and costing me money because of Home Depot’s lack of follow up. I am done with them. Spend my money at Lowe’s or other places.
