Bit annoyed. We asked for help in the powertools, they made a few calls for ‘associate to isle 12’ and no one showed up to help. Waited about 20 minutes in total for literally anyone and I still had to go find someone, but since they were from a different department they couldn’t really help us. (He gave it his best try, I’ll give him that.)

If I could give 0 stars, I would!! I had a special order for 2 windows and went to pick them up after waiting for them for a month and a half The CSR’S look lost like they don’t know what’s going on or even care. A couple of them make eye contact with you, then ignore you. There’s no greeting at all, like we’re inconveniencing them and they don’t have time for us. News Flash; without customers, you wouldn’t have a job or if you don’t like the job, LEAVE.It took us 2 hours to pick up our windows. I went to aisle 22 the end cap to check for my order. One window was there but was damaged, returned that, the other, don’t know where that one is. Absolutely Ridiculous!
