This location is the gold standard when it comes to cleanliness and organization. I was only there to visit the garden center but was so impressed I had to put my items in my vehicle just to return to the other side. After walking the main store I can say without a doubt, all home depot’s should look like this one. The homer buckets were in 1 location, not at the end of every isle getting in the way. The top to bottom organization is blue ribbon quality. If you’re in a hurry, this is the place to get in and get out. The Lufkin, TX Home Depot managers should receive some sort of recognition for the outstanding appeal.

We walked in looking for a lamp part. We were immediately helped! By 3 people!! Cashier led us to a lady who call someone to the front. Who within minutes showed up and took us to the place to look and helped us look!! That my friend is called TEAM WORK!! I was very impressed. I USE TO SHOP at Lowe’s. But after today, (and I might add HOME Depot did not have the part) and I will still do my shopping there!! Thank you for helping my mother and I. 3/30/21 @ 1:15pm Wish I would have gotten names!

On 4/6 we spoke to a local employee about getting a bid for windows. He told us he would create a ticket and someone would be in touch. That still has not happened. Today I called the customer support number and the automated voice told me to go to my local Home Depot and then hung up. I’ve never written a bad review but this is horrible service and I will not return to this store
