We have shopped at this Home Depot for the past 13 years. I’m not sure what happened but what was once a great experience with employees who acknowledged your existence and had some level of expertise has now become a big box store of unfriendly, pass the buck employees with little to no product knowledge. I’ve held this opinion for a couple of weeks but after our fourth visit recently I had to write this review in the hope that at some level of Home Depot, somebody still cares about customer experience.
