I only go to home Depot if Lowe’s doesn’t have what I need, and that’s rare. I always have a problem picking up orders. You can’t just call in to have it brought to you by curbside because they claim to be too busy to get your information. When you go in, if the order is not in that little closet behind them, they’ll just tell you it’s not there rather than to go to the back and get it. I order a lot and never have a problem with Lowe’s. It took an act of congress to finally get my complete order from Home Depot. One young lady, Kia went out of her way to help me and it wasn’t even her department. Thanks to her I have everything. I only shop here when I absolutely have no choice.
