My wife ordered 3 small sheds in cardboard boxes about the same size of a screen door. She was notified the order was ready for curbside service. When I got there we tried going through curbside service & it told us they’re having a problem with the service. So I went in after 30 minutes of sitting watching the employees assisted other customers at pickup. So then I requested a mgr. She didn’t introduce herself or anything she just said they’re working on it & it will be out shortly & to her defense after an hour total I finally was on my way home.

Just tried to get warranty work on a brand new Cub Cadet zero turn with 3 yr warranty. Home Depot and Cub Cadet want to say it’s neglects of the user. Who’s neglect???
