Do NOT purchase a large item or special order from Huntsville North Home Depot – go to the Huntsville South store, they have much better customer service! Went in to purchase carpet in January 2021, no one was working in the North store to help me so I called over the phone to order and the order was assigned to North. When it was installed, it is wavy and leaves 3D imprints when you walk on it. They are acting like they are unable to do anything about it and don’t know much about carpet.Referred down to the Huntsville South store by North associates, because the carpet displays had been accidentally thrown away at North – they don’t know when they will have them again – and upon arriving at South received EXCELLENT customer service at Huntsville South! They immediately recognized by the photos that the carpet was probably not stretched right and took two hours looking at carpet with us to make recommendations of what will wear better if we have to have it replaced all together. (All of the cuts may be off if they have to restretch it.) We have purchased appliances, carpet, and special order items from Home Depot in Michigan numerous times, and this experience has me thinking I should just drive a much shorter distance to their Blue logoed competitor. If you need to get it at Home Depot – go to Huntsville South!! They have night and day better customer service than the North store.

Customer Service were super friendly and helpful. Nobody hassled me for not wearing mask There was a large stock of blue porch light bulbs I was looking for! All the plants looked vivacious. Great store!
