I ordered a bathroom vanity online and home delivery wasn’t available so I chose curbside pickup. After receiving an email that it had arrived and was ready for pickup I drove to the store and used the app to notify them I had arrived. This was around 1:30 pm. After waiting about 20 minutes I went into the store to the customer service desk. I was informed that no one was working in curbside today. She made several pages trying to get someone to bring my order out to no avail. She finally grabbed someone walking by and got them to get my order. It ended up taking almost an hour to get my curbside pickup.

Your typical big box store that is well organized. I have been to others that have been understaffed and I was disappointed but the merchandise is good quality and I do still shop there. This particular store is one of the ones I would shop at more often because of the people, merchandise and quality of product.
