The costumer service was great! Brenda at the front desk was very pleasant on the phone, and had everything I asked for waiting for me when I drove in from Hamburg. Brenda even remembered my voice from when I called earlier in the week. Joe that helped me load my truck was very pleasant also. Highly recommend shopping here!

My experience at Home Depot was simply one word. Awesome!!!… I went in there to buy a weed wacker gas powered. Started looking at the battery ones. The salesman that helped me knew everything about this particular model and told me I would not be unhappy with it. He is absolutely 100% correct. I’m very happy with the product that they sold me. Also very happy with the level of attention that I received, even in today’s day and age. The salesman went above and beyond looked up stats got reviews. Me everything I needed a model number to look it up on my own phone. I praise the Home Depot in Fredonia New York.

This time it was better than our last visit we went to Lowes to purchase a new shower and doors. Home Depot did not offer to help! Told us we can order on line and look up information on line just like they do. So much for customer service. I now prefer Lowe’s. They are very helpful
