This is not necessarily a bad review, per se, but more like voicing what I’d like to see in the store:Better maintenance of the Garden/Houseplants section•Aisles cleaned up a little better•I know times are tough due to the pandemic, so think of this as just some suggestions. Keep up the fine work and stay safe out there!!

Gigantic store conveniently located off Route 9 in Wappingers Falls. Every type of home-based appliance like refrigerators, toilets, generators and air conditioners. Implements and machinery — for sale and purchase — of every kind for plumbing, dry-walling, gardening and electrical work. Prices competitive, but no discounts for self check-out, allowing Home Depot to scrimp on labor, and causing the customers (mostly blue collars who know that automation will soon kill their livelihoods) to form long lines at the cash registers with personnel. Employees efficient yet indifferent. Bathrooms well maintained. Patchy wi-fi.

Worst branch ever! Only branch in the Dutchess County that will not let me return in Milwaukee tape measure. Which clearly state lifetime warranty but if they break within a month this Home Depot will not let me return them. The Fishkill and Poughkeepsie branch have never said more than “OK see you later” to me. This branch had me waiting for 20 minutes to read the lifetime warranty details. All of their tools should be quarantined if they break within a month I’m never going to this branch ever again!
