Be careful buying additional items for a job because what’s not used may not be able to be returned. NOT EVEN FOR STORE CREDIT TO PURCHASE MORE ITEMS. I frequent this store and probably spend 10-20k a year there. Had some items left over from a bathroom remodel and didn’t think I needed to keep every receipt along the way because I’m okay with having store credit to use on the next project. Well I was WRONG. Got declined for my return of $550 dollars. They use a 3rd party company to approve returns, if for some reason they feel ur return could be fraudulent, they decline it and your stuck with the items! Even the manager said it’s beyond his control and couldn’t offer any help. For a repeat customer that spends a lot of money with this establishment this is UNACCEPTABLE. BUYER BEWARE

Ok here’s my story so you won’t make the same mistake I made, Don’t ever buy custom cabinets from them, I placed an order back on March 9, for the costume cabinet expect wait date was April 11. So as the date approached I break down my old kitchen, the Date was approaching, and haven’t gotten a call or email from them, so I made a call on April 10, their response was we don’t know what went wrong but we’ll have to call the company, company was called (Brooke Schutz) while I was on the phone, their response was we are sorry but your order is in backed order, I did tell them no email no phone call to let us know what was going on so I wouldn’t break down the old cabinet I have no kitchen right now, their response was I’m sorry, but your expected date will be May 20, long story short and a lot of calls about 20 times, a lot of I’m sorry and we understand what your going threw but it’s May 29 and yet I just got an email that to expect our order on July 7, omg I just got an email just as I write this that that yet again the date has been changed for July 11
