I do not know where to begin. Due to proximity we basically had to shop at Home Depot North Greenbush. While building a new house we spent over $30,000 on carpeting, cabinets, tile, fixtures, lighting etc. there was a problem with every single step of the process. They measured wrong for the kitchen cabinets. Waited a month for replacement cabinets and they sent the wrong one. Both times even though we paid for delivery I had to spend three hours to return their mistakes. We are unable to move into our house still since they cannot complete the cabinetry.We have been promised several days and now they can’t find the cabinet.A vanity that I was to pick up in store was also not able to be found even though it was in receiving and they told me it wouldn’t be there for another week.they gave us a delivery date for the tile but to them a delivery date means when it gets to their trucking company not to your house. Had to pay my tile guy to go pick up all the tile himself.Trying to return anything was always a nightmare as they stared into their computers with lost looks on their faces for 45 minutes.Follow up on the problems from the employees in the store including the STORE MANAGER was horrible, condensing and non-responsive. To get any updates we have to keep calling and sometimes they pick up after 200 rings. Often they don’t pick up.Soon as I get my last cabinet I am done with this place I would suggest everyone be done with this place.

The staff at this location don’t really offer their assistance. I asked a worker where the pool accessories were and she had no idea whether they even sold it. The store is clean and organized. The prices are a little bit more than other store Lowes but the quality makes the difference.
