I absolutely love the hens roost. I have been coming here off and on for a while. Excellent vegan fare. The Thai fries and sometimes a falafel burger is what I get. The flavor on the Thai fries are exquisite. Absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend The hens roost. They also have yogurt in the refrigerators and some sauces and other items. It feels really homey inside which I love as well.

What a great find on our road trip. The Thai Fries are special… a must as long as you like spicy food. Tofurkey melt, corn dog and Beyond Burger were also delicious. And the two people working the counter were super friendly and helpful. Wish I lived closer, but will definitely stop there on the next trip through Bakersfield.
