We just had our new propane log set installed in our fireplace and could not be happier with the whole process. The Hearth Shop was a 4 hour round trip for us but well worth it. Scott was so helpful and pleasant to deal with in person and on the phone. Josh came up to our house to do the installation and arrived on time (actually a little early.) The installation was quick and Josh answered all our questions. We visited 2 other fireplace stores and were not impressed. We are glad we found The Hearth Shop, can recommend them and would deal with them again.
