Really disappointed in their customer service. I purchased a Halo during covid-they wouldn’t allow try ons to make sure it was a color match so I assumed their return policy would reflect flexibility for their customers. I called and they told me all halo purchases are final sale but didn’t disclose that at purchase. They won’t even allow an exchange even though it’s brand new and never worn. I’m surprised that they’re so unadaptable to their customer service policies considering the pandemic that were in. I would think a company would be flexible but clearly they’re not. Won’t be coming back after years of giving them my business.
