The location of this Habit Burger Grill is within a one mile radius from my home. There are other eateries at Alameda Landing, but The Habit Burger Grill is my go to place for the Santa Barbara Char, Tempura Green Beans and the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. My husband usually orders the Double Char with cheese and bacon.The Santa Barbara Char is loaded with two beef patties, lettuce, sliced tomatoes, pickles and avocado on a grilled sourdough bread. The tempura green beans are a great substitute for the French fries and it is served with ranch dressing. It is a must have and quite addicting.The other day I ordered the Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. For $8.69 (excluding tax), the portion of the salad is generous with a nice balance of romaine, fresh Parmesan, grilled chicken and crunchy croutons.If one is ordering food to go while there, the employee will give one a pager alert gadget and is then instructed to wait outdoors for the food order.Due to health reasons, I do not order the shakes, but they serve different flavors besides strawberry, vanilla and chocolate, such as mocha and coffee.

I love the Habit Burger! I’ve been a fan for while and joined their online club rewards. This year they sent me a FREE Charburger with Cheese coupon, which I was excited to use. Mmmm, burgers.

I love the habit burger. Not my favorite location just cause it’s a bit of hike to get to if you don’t live on the island. Always super busy though which isn’t a bad thing. Means business is good!
