We bought a new camper from here last September our salesperson was Austin he was absolutely wonderful there was a few issues with our camper when we bought it had some issues with being able to get a hold of anybody in service for a while it seems Patrick has taken over there and he has been absolutely wonderful gone above and beyond to get my issues resolved in has been very good about staying in touch knowing that I have been concerned with the previous lack of communication great team to work with

It’s a shame that a place like this has the potential to be your one stop shop for RVs but instead it’s a bunch of men who sit around, look at you when you walk in and help you with absolutely nothing. Their parts and accessories area is a JOKE and I’ll drive the hour to Cicero and go to Gander Outdoors to never have to deal with this dilapidated mess of a dealership again.

Very frustrating service with these guys. Bought a brand new 2021 camper last summer and used it about 2 times before we had water damage throughout the camper. Brought it to be fixed and they cracked our sink, had to go on a week long vacation with no bathroom sink. Brought the camper in last October to be fixed and they called 3 days later and told us we had to come pick up the camper because they are closing for the winter. It’s now April, I’ve called 3 times to get my camper in to be fixed but they don’t have the parts and I’ve heard nothing from them. This is our first camper purchase and they’ve made it miserable. Would not suggest this place. Let’s hope they get our camper in and fixed.
