ALERT SCAM ARTIST !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I placed an order for 2 piece of glass shelves, identical size, on 2/1/21-I never heard back, I called them on 2/15/21 and was told by Donna that I should have been called by the technician. She told me to come to their shop Wednesday morning at 8am to pick up my glass. I showed up at 8am and was told by Paul – oh well I am not there, I had to pick someone up and your pieces are not cut. I told him Donna said they were and asked what next. He said he will deliver them to me that same day. I get a text at 5:15pm that he was not coming and his tech will come the next day.They showed up the next day and handed my husband 2 pieces of glass that were cut in different sizes. I called Donna and her response was that I had a bad cloud over me. I told her no sorry I don’t its doing business with you people, who can’t get it straight. I want to cancel this order come and get your glass and give me my money back. She told me to call Paul the owner right away that this is should be happening and they will cancel the order. Need less to say Paul was contacted and his response was oh well you took the lass so now you own it. I had to stop payment on my check. Never ever will I ever do business with these SCAM ARTIST. I will be sure to be telling all friends , family, grocery clerks and customer at my employer and anyone I see- to stay away form these people

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness I was in desperate need of a piece of glass that goes on top of a table for a house I was staging when the glass price broke during delivery. I needed a piece of glass in less than 24 hours and not only did they make it work for me they had it ready for me to pick hours after making the call. Thank you so much!!!
