The woman who runs this store is the rudest, snarkiest, most unprofessional monster I have met while in Monterey. If you don’t have good customer service you shouldn’t even be in business. Honestly, go anywhere else. This woman is a nightmare and will be so disrespectful and disparaging. Avoid like the plague!!
