I purchased a futon from The Futon Shop. I received excellent service–from Victoria (on the phone) and Tyler (in person). I am more than pleased with my product. In my first week, I damaged the futon. Tyler drove 4 hours round trip to come to my dwelling and repair the damage I caused. Didn’t charge me a dime. Excellent service and an equally excellent futon.
