We were very much impressed with the quality of the futon cover we purchased. Unfortunately, we mistakenly ordered the wrong size. No problem. Burt expedited shipment of a replacement which is perfect. Exactly what we wanted. We are completely satisfied with the Futon Shop’s customer service and really enjoy the product. Poor customer service – sofa did not match color expectations and swatches sent were all different shades despite having the same code. After a couple of weeks of emailing back and forth customer service team stopped responding altogether and we had to request a refund from the credit card company

I was very impressed with the level of service I received from the store manager, Bert. All I purchased was a facemask via the online store for my daughter. I was interested in the copper anti-microbial technology. Unfortunately, the mask was so small it wouldn’t fit her. When I called, Bert informed me they could not except returns or exchanges on masks, which of course made sense to me. He wanted to make sure he had a happy customer, however, so he emailed me out another one that he thought might work, free of charge! You don’t find this level of service much these days – I would definitely recommend this store as you can feel confident you will be taken care of!!
