There is street parking. Loading in ally in back. Pick up of my order was easy. They recommend ordering directly from store if you want things to arrive faster than I’d you order online. Got myself some tatami mats.

Poor customer service when charging a $70 restocking fee on a $350 mattress, good for a 20% penalty for ordering the wrong thickness during a pandemic when in-person interaction is severely limited. I picked up my own order too, so they’re simply skimming off the top. No assistance loading either, so I was left to fend for myself. None of this is required by the shop, but when placing a total order of $1,200 you expect better customer service and quality. See photo attached for damage on the product upon opening.The cherry on top was their rewards program, which not only expires but only gave me $2.30 on my order, a paltry 0.2% return. Why would you even offer the program…Lost any recurring business for me in the future, I recommend no one order online.
