When you sit down at The Foundry – for a cold brew, bottomless cup of coffee, or special-menu latte – all we want you to think about is how good it tastes. Because we’ve thought about everything else. From the seed in the ground to the coffee in your cup, The Foundry is all about relationships. We are as intentional about brewing excellent craft coffee as we are with the people who grow it, roast it, and drink it. The Foundry is a non-profit that gives back – to local and overseas organizations. We strive to purchase the freshest, locally sourced, organic products for food, drink, and coffee, including our artisanal lunch menu and gluten-free offerings.

My wife and I stopped by on a Sunday to enjoy a cup of coffee. The outside patio was perfect, tons of beautiful flowers. The inside was spacious and well decorated with local art. Plenty of gluten free options and the coffee was fantastic!

Supposedly this place is very popular in Tyler, TX, and it is very unique inside and out. I found their coffee to be extremely strong for me, I’m sure other people my like it and prefers it that way, so it’s just a matter of taste. Their pastries choices, are limited and outrageously priced, but then again, it may not be for someone else, but to price a very small doughnut at almost $5.00, not for me. I can recommend it though for it’s originality and it’s location, so you might just love it!

Great place for coffee, tea, & a snack. Also a great place for worship on Sunday morning. Oh yea they have free refills on coffee and tea as well.. To sum it up in one word. Awesome
