The arrangement they delivered was the worst excuse for floral design I have ever seen. The owner said this is a new modern design. I call it a sad excuse for quality work. Think twice about using this florist because she wouldn’t make this right just hung up on me! Embarrassed to say I spent $100+ on that.

Absolutely great experience ordering flowers over the phone from The Flower Pot today! I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, and I had forgotten to even order the flowers until the day of the visitation! The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and polite. I just gave her a general description and a budget—and when I got to the funeral home, I was so impressed with their creation! I recommend them highly!!!
