*****Final Update*****Finally, they finished the work, I like this^^Thank you so much Floor store!******Update!!!!Kevin and the manager helped me to solve my problem, so they will retouch the trim for the thresholds, I hope the work is pretty good.***********Kevin at Richmond was good for consulting at the time. But I am not satisfied with their finish. I have never seen like this finish. They have work properly, but the work for finish looks unprofessional. You see the pictures. I am complaining now(Second), so I will repost it when they do last work. Also they didn’t work for other two. They make us so mad.
