Had a super smooth experience at this one stop shop for new floors. I worked with Robert who’s keen design sense and attention to detail really made the difference. Robert visited my home to get a sense of the layout and furniture. He continued to coordinate through the entire install process. In particular he noted some complications with my stairs (which were also replaced), and helped ensure they were installed correctly. Guillermo and his partner installed the flooring and were extremely professional and talented with the details. This included filling nail holes (used on the stairs) such that I can’t see them. I’m extremely happy with my floors and the overall experience!
