I wish people would demand the same level of decorum in their personal lives.

I have no idea what everyone is referring to when it comes to the lack of customer service. What number are you calling? I’m a stickler for customer service and never once have they not answered or demonstrated poor customer service and I’ve been dealing with them for 10+ years. In fact, they always call back, if I happen to call and hang up because I can’t wait (and not because I’m not patient enough to wait but because I have something else going on that needs my undivided attention). I’ve never waited more then 30 minutes. Today was only 10 minutes. That’s what a speaker phone is for. If they’re out of stock, they’ll waitlist you and call you when it’s in or tell you to try back soon. And the ladies are always pleasant. This is a small business trying to service thousands of customers. I think they’re doing a fine job given the fact. I wish people would demand the same level of decorum in their personal lives.

Although they did not answer the phone. If you really feel like you need to purchase a product and support black ownership and are reluctant about purchasing online, take the trip its worth it. I drove to Brooklyn from Texas and the energy once you arrive is real. Don’t let the phone stop u from getting your nutrients. If its true to you take that trip….

Don’t bother buying from them. I paid for my product April 14 th and still haven’t received it. Yet they created a Usps label in April with a tracking number and never sent anything. When I reached out via their email that did not respond back. However when I made a claim for a refund on PayPal they responded quickly so that they could keep the payment. They apologized and said that they would resend my product. Please note as a customer I am under no obligation to continue to wait for a product that I bought and wasn’t made aware upfront about shipping time taking so long. This behavior is why it’s hard to support black businesses. I’m petty though over $40 I will take to court and run up a bill make them pay for not handling business correctly in the first place. Keep in mind I’m only 4 hours from this location. This is about principle not money at this point. Don’t play with me ever.
