I have been here once before and left a comment. I came back to give another shot. My experience was good before but thought it might be a little pricey as stated in my last comment. I called ahead of time for an appointment and was there 20 min early. someone came in right before a cut was finished and during my appointment time and then jumped in front of me. I understand if they scheduled ahead of time but listening to their conversation more he apparently just made an appoint like myself. I let them know I also had appointment same time and was obviously here before him but they took him instead. All of us have things to do and if they’re making you schedule a time it would be nice if they honored that. The stars represent an AMAZING cut but I am now an hour late for my day since I was called 30 min after my scheduled time. My recommendation for them is be more up front with scheduling. Situation would have been a lot different if they were honest and I informed about the situation instead of awkwardly just having me wait. Also an apology goes a long way especially with the price of a cut and it being a business based off of customer service. This definitely could be a one off situation and want to give them the benefit of the doubt but none the less still happened. I would recommend when calling in for appointment to let the customer know who they’re waiting for so there’s no confusion when others jump in front of you.

It has been so hard to find a good barber shop with barbers who understand the details I like. I went ahead and went to the fade lounge as it was recommended by a friend from work. This place had the best service. Jocylen did such a great job on my hair and paid full attention to the details I requested. On top of that The barbers were all funny and made sure I felt comfortable going to a new place. Music was great and Erik the owner definitely made the experience awesome! I will continue to go back to the fade lounge even if that means driving 20 min. It’s worth it great price,great people.!
